Barges Get Loose on Ohio River
Saturday was a wild day on the Ohio River after eight barges broke loose in Huntington.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Saturday was a wild day on the Ohio River after eight barges broke loose.
It happened around 1 p.m. near the 6th Street Bridge in Huntington
Dispatchers tell WSAZ.com a line holding the barges to shore broke, causing them to swing out into the river.
The Huntington Fire Department and the Coast Guard were able to push the barges back to shore in less than a 30 minutes.
