Charges Dropped Against Murder Suspect
Murder and aggravated robbery charges against Eric Fussner of Nelsonville have been dismissed.

ATHENS, Ohio (WSAZ) -- One of the men charged with a murder in Athens County is free from jail.
Murder and aggravated robbery charges against Eric Fussner of Nelsonville have been dismissed.
Fussner had been one of the five people charged with the February 15th shooting death of David Putnam.
Athens County Prosecutor Dave Warren says the charges were dismissed because of new information gathered by investigators.
The others charged in the case are still being prosecuted.
