What happened to Constable Kiser?

That’s the big question this morning in Carter County, Kentucky.
It all began around 7:30 last night, Constable Elmer Kiser called in to report he was pulling over a reckless driver on Highway 2 in Olive Hill.

A few minutes later 911 took a call on a man down in the same location. When police arrived they found Comestible Kiser on the ground and the car he pulled over was gone.

Kiser was taken to St. Clair Medical Center in Morehead where he was in critical condition at last check. Police still aren't exactly sure what happened to Kiser.
