UPDATE: Trailer Fire in Kanawha County, Dog Killed
A dog died in a in a trailer fire in western Kanawha County Thursday evening.

KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A dog died in a in a trailer fire in western Kanawha County Thursday evening.

It happened just after 6 p.m. Thursday on Kanawha Street in the West Side area of St. Albans, which is outside the city limits.

Metro 911 dispatchers tell WSAZ.com the trailer was fully involved when firefighters arrived at the scene. Initial reports from neighbors indicated that a child might still be inside, but everyone except for the dog made it out safely.

No word yet what caused the fire.

Whoever said that its a map of Glenville in Harrison County..your wrong...Thats SA...And personally a fire is breaking news just because they mention that a dog died they were letting people know that knowone else was hurt....I know the family and I feel for them. It is so sad to lose your home...Please keep them in your prayers

A dog dies...this is news??? I passed one or two laying dead next to the road on the way into work this morning.
