Updated: Fri 7:24 PM, Oct 06, 2006

OCTOBER 6, 2006 -- Some are calling it a political attack, but the senator in the pictures says they're not illegal, but they're embarrassing. We're talking about the personal photos of Senator Randy White that aired on a local TV station.

The Webster County Senator says they were stolen from his personal computer. Thursday for the first time since this all started: Senator White is defending his name and telling his side of the story.

Randy White will tell you the only thing illegal or unethical here is that those pictures were taken from his personal computer.

Now he says it's up to the voters to distinguish his personal life from his political record. Senator White says this is his last interview about this topic, he wants to talk issues. He has a record of service he is proud of and he says he's learned a lesson.

White says the support he's received from family and friends has amazed him.
