WSAZ NewsChannel 3 has learned a plant in Ravenswood, West Virginia, is downsizing in the next few months and possibly shutting down for good.

The plant is Ravenswood Specialty Services

This means about 150 jobs could be lost by the beginning of the next year.

According to the plant's manager, Chuck Raines, there's a decrease in production demands at the plant calling for the layoffs.

Raines says he was scheduled to meet with union leaders Friday to decide the company's future.
