BECKLEY, W.Va. (AP) - National Park Service officials fear a Charleston man who was swept down the New River has drowned.
New River Gorge National River chief ranger Gary Hartley identified the missing man as 31-year-old Jody Jones.

Rescue crews searched the river Saturday and Sunday, and were scheduled to start again Monday morning.
