Baby Drowned in Bathtub

Police in Boone County are investigating the drowning death of an eight month old boy in Boone County. The baby's father, Tommy Manns, told police he put the baby in the bathtub.

Manns told police he left the room for just a minute and when he came back the baby had drowned. Police say a two year old was also in the bathtub at the time of the drowning. Child Protective Services is looking into case.
