My child goes to Davis Creek and it is a wonderful school. They put the children first. Congrats!!!
Yes, Cottageville is the smallest school in Jackson County and that is what makes it so great. Special needs children are not shipped out just to get rid of them. What a terrible thing to say or insinuate. If a child's least restrictive environment is in a self contained setting, then yes of course they must be sent to another school in Jackson Co. that can better meet the individual needs of that child. Cottageville Elementary is very deserving of this award regardless of how many special needs children they do or do not have. WE ARE ... COTTAGEVILLE GOLDEN EAGLES AND WE ARE PROUD OF OUR COMMUNITY AND CHILDREN!!! WAY TO COTTAGEVILLE!
Cottageville might be smallest school in Jackson County but it is also the best school in Jackson County. It is good to see Cottageville getting the recognition they deserve. Being a small country school Cottageville never did get the respect it deserves from other parts of Jackson County. Cottageville has a wonderful staff and the best parent volunteers who all care about the students.Congratulations Cottageville staff, students and volunteers on a job well done.
