Artists Show off Work at 'Art in the Park'
Weekends are always good for shopping; so when it's outdoor shopping on a beautiful day, it's a bonus.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Weekends are always good for shopping; so when it's outdoor shopping on a beautiful day, it's a bonus.
That’s exactly what is going on at "Art in the Park" 2009 at Ritter Park.
Some of West Virginia's best artists are on hand to chat with visitors--and even create art right before their eyes.
You can find all types of art including: oil paintings, acrylic, watercolors, pastels, pottery, wood carving, and photography.
The event runs until 6 p.m. on Saturday, June 13th.
Things get started on June 14th at noon, and go until 5 p.m.
