Deputies Arrest Suspect Accused of Multiple Break-ins

PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (WSAZ) -- Investigators in Scioto County believe they caught the thief behind a rash of convenience store break-ins.
Scioto County Sheriff's Deputies and the Ohio State Highway Patrol arrested Todd Williams of Portsmouth. He's accused of breaking into two stores to steal cigarettes.
Williams is charged with two counts of breaking and entering and one count of attempting to break in to another store.
Williams also had outstanding warrants for theft and failure to appear in court.
