KENOVA, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- It doesn't matter who won or who lost in semi-pro football Saturday, it was all about 4-year-old Drew Powers.
Drew helped the referee flip the clip before Ceredo-Kenova's game with western Pennsylvania.
Players from both teams wished him well before and even during the game.
Drew is finishing up treatment in a fight against nerve cancer.
The Ceredo-Kenova "Crash" raised $3200 for his family and Drew even took home a custom football jersey.
Jamie Powers is Drew's Mom, and she told WSAZ.com the fun started before the game began.
"The limo picked us up at our house and when we pulled up to the gate, all the players welcomed us and were very nice of everyone."
Next week Drew will start six months of therapy to help boost his immune system.
