Ripley could have if they wanted to. I called a friend in nearby Spencer and they had theirs. My guess is they cancelled the bash and now the fireworks, it's probably money. What's next the parade? Why do they only get one marching band and 150 local groups in trucks with a poster board on the side. Second thought, maybe the parade should be cancelled.

So not worth it, a total of 17 minutes of fireworks and a major traffic jam afterwards...the newspaper said that they would last 30-to 40 minutes....that was so not true! I wouldn't go back again!
