HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Authorities in Cabell County spent their day busting criminals and their efforts continued into the night.
Three people were picked up Thursday night, including two from Detroit, on drug charges.
At around 8:00 p.m. Sheriff’s Deputies and Barboursville Police raided a mobile home in the 4700 block of Spring Road on West Pea Ridge.
They found 60 grams of crack cocaine, 15 grams of heroin, a 40 caliber handgun and about $1,700 in cash.
Deputies say this bust is a direct result of neighbors calling in tips.
“We are servants of the public, and we need their cooperation and help in ridding our communities of this illegal drug activity, and this is just one example of how cooperation between the public and the different law agencies works to take this type of drugs and individuals off our streets,” said Cabell County Sheriff Tom McComas.
The owner of the home, Douglas Young was picked up- along with Deena Terrell and Norman Tally.
All three suspects face a variety of drug charges and will be taken to the Western Regional Jail.

ok, some problems with your logic here, buddy. A) drugs != murder. b) "since so many people are against religion in our society that YOU must pay a tax to preach or even so much as use the title "Rev?"" SO MANY PEOPLE? Last I heard 70% of the US Population CLAIMED to be christian. Although, I have to say the idea of taxing people who preach absolute B.S. from a bunch of morons 2-6k years ago is perfectly fine with me. I don't understand how fascists like you get off telling me what I can and can't put it my body, but if I tried to come in your home and dictate everything that went in your body day to day, you'd get pretty ticked off and complain about the invasion of your personal privacy, and we'd never hear the end of your pitiful sob story. But if some people want to use chemicals, and the action itself DOESN'T even involve you(which it doesn't,) you somehow believe you have the right to tell them whether they can or not. B.S.- that isn't America, it's nazi Germany. GTFO

to rev mike. Thank you brother, finally somone who can see the bigger picture. The war on drugs creates cartels and violence. with substances regulated the crime rates will DROP that is fact. LESS children and teens would be able to get there hands on controlled substances, and the state and federal gov. would see BILLIONS AND BILLIONS of dollars in extra revenue. People need to realize that with regulated drugs, it wouldnt be a free for all, There would still be laws against public intox, driving, and age regulations.
