GILBERT, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Even people from out of state have taken notice of the needs of folks in the flooded areas of Mingo County.
Members of the "One Heart God's International" outreach program from Pennsylvania traveled to Gilbert to offer their help. They brought truckloads of free goods with them and will be handing them out on Saturday.
Members will be giving away furniture and other household items to help families get back to normal.
The group's mission is to make sure everyone all over the world stays fed and clothed.
If you were affected by the flooding, you can stop by the Gilbert Volunteer Fire Department on Saturday. They'll start giving away items beginning at 9 a.m.
