PIKEVILLE, Ky (WSAZ) --A Pike County man, accused of severely beating his girlfriend's 20 month old, appeared in court Thursday.
Justin Robinson,26, of Shelbiana is charged with criminal abuse and resisting arrest after police say the child's head was black from bruising and he suffered a broken leg.

ORIGINAL STORY
PIKEVILLE, Ky. (WSAZ) -- Police say a Pike County man severely beat his live-in girlfriend's 20-month-old son so badly, that the baby had a broken leg and his entire head was black from the bruising.
Kentucky State Police say 26-year-old Justin Robinson is charged with abuse.
Troopers believe this was not the first time Robinson abused the child and say there is no clear motive for the alleged beating.
Troopers say when they went to arrest him, they had to taze him just to take him to jail. Robinson made bond and is now on home incarceration.
He is due in court on Thursday.

I happen to know and love Justin very much, as a matter of fact, he's a member of my family. Before anyone can judge, they should really think about the source of their information.I also believe without a doubt in my mind, with 100% certainty that he DID NOT hurt this child nor does he even have the potential to hurt a child. All of these stories are ALLEGATIONS and he has not been convicted of these crimes. People should consider both sides of a story before getting personal and sticking their nose in someone else's business. Our family loves and supports Justin with all of our hearts and we all KNOW THAT HE IS INNOCENT, and we are praying for him.
