ST. ALBANS, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- More than 50 cars were vandalized late Thursday night along Washington Avenue and 5th and 6th avenues in St. Albans, according to the St. Albans Police Department.
Each car was hit multiple times with eggs thrown from a vehicle. One victim saw the offenders and pursued them while calling 911 to report the incident.
The suspect vehicle is a white SUV, possibly an Envoy or Liberty. It had a West Virginia registration beginning with "1J". The driver was described as a white male with blond hair. All St. Albans officers were tied up with other calls and couldn't immediately break away when the report came in.
Due to the amount of eggs used, it is believed that about 10 to 15 dozen of eggs were used. Area stores will be checked for any large purchases of eggs.
Anyone with information is asked to call authorities.

You forgot to blame the chicken!
@ Cindy Lou, it seems you just don't understand... Maybe someone should hit your car, so you can have the hassle and insurance deductible to deal with...not too mention the "overhelpful" police...
"Denting and damaging the paint"...I doubt it, eggs aren't hard enough to dent a car. I think you're looking to get a free paint job from someone if you ask me.
