UPDATE: Suspect Arrested in South Charleston Shooting
South Charleston Police have obtained a Malicious Wounding warrant for the man they believe was behind a shooting Saturday morning.

SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The man accused of a shooting over the weekend in South Charleston was captured Tuesday.
Jon Clements was arraigned in magistrate court early Tuesday evening on a charge of Malicious Wounding. He is accused of shooting Darrell Johnson.
Johnson is still listed in fair condition.

SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- South Charleston Police have obtained a Malicious Wounding warrant for the man they believe was behind a shooting Saturday morning.
Police are now looking for 27-year-old Jon Paul Clements, who often goes by "J.P."
Clements is 6'0" tall and about 240 lbs. He has brown eyes and wears his hair in corn rows.
He was last seen driving a 1989 Ford Mustang with silver racing strips. Clements is considered armed and dangerous.
If you've seen him, your asked to call your local law enforcement agency.

SOUTH CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Police say the victim in an early morning shooting is out of surgery and expected to recover.
Darrell Johnson was shot in the abdomen at a home on Montrose Drive around 6:00 a.m. Saturday.
Police believe they know who the suspect is, but they have not been able to bring him in for questioning yet.
Once Johnson is released from the hospital he could be facing some charges of his own. A Domestic Violence Petition was ordered against him by the woman who was living in the home where the shooting happened.
Police say Johnson used force to knock down the door of the woman's house. He allegedly hit the homeowner in the head.
Johnson could face charges for violating the domestic violence petition, Domestic Battery and Burglary.

SOUTH CHARLESTON, W. Va. (WSAZ) -- Emergency crews on the scene say one man is in critical condition Saturday morning after being shot in the stomach.
The shooting happened on Montrose Drive in South Charleston just after 6:00 a.m. Saturday.
Police say the shooting happened at a woman's home, where she had a man visiting her. Another man drove up to the house, knocked down the door and the two men got into an altercation. That's when police say the man who was banging on the door was shot, and the other man took off.
Police aren't releasing any names just yet, but they do believe they know the identity of the shooter.
