Kanawha County Boil Water Advisory Lifted
West Virginia American Water has lifted the precautionary boil water advisory for customers in Kanawha County.

KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The precautionary boil water advisory has been lifted for all Kanawha County customers.

KANAWHA COUNTY, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- West Virginia American Water has partially lifted the precautionary boil water advisory for customers in Kanawha County.

A water main break Friday was the cause for the advisory.

The advisory has been lifted for these areas: Sigmon Fork, Silas Drive, the upper end of Five Mile, Young Hollow Road, Huggart Drive, Crack Rock Drive, Walker Drive, the Buzzard Rock area, Turkey Pen Branch and Legg Fork from Young Hollow to the end.

The advisory is still in effect for the upper end of Kanawha Two Mile, Holmes Hollow and Copen Branch until further notice.
