My mother Claudia is the sister to Tim. I was just out that way before I was hopitalized during Memorial Day due to a brain tumor. My Uncle Tim has considered me the daughter he never had and has extended that generousity to many through the years. It is in our upbringing to be kind to others and to live as good neighbors amoungst those who live with us. All those who write ANONYMOUS I wonder what is your objective. If you really knew our family you knew Tim's father Ed Emerson and our Grandmother Clara Emerson would have given the shirt off thier backs to help someone. It is a shame that what has come to pass has and my prayers are for my family as well as Richard's. But Richard was no saint himself. I have seen him so drunk he could barley walk and caused a great deal of trouble even in my short visits to the farm. Richard walked down that road looking for trouble and he found it.If this was TX my uncle would have walked free that night. A person has the right to defend thier hm.
To Anonymouse at 12:07 No I dont just love to defend a guilty person. I dont even know this man. I just think it is very unfair to pass judgement when you were not there. You could not possibly know for a fact what happened if you weren't there. Both families are hurting and I just thought someone needed to be fair and open minded in respect of this. You on the other hand seem to have a major issue in regards to this. I dont know why you are so determined to deem this guy guilty. But thankfully, it is not up to you. It is up to the judges and the judicial system. Judge not less ye be judged.
Dear god! Would all of the idiots please shut up this is getting out of control. No one person was around Tim 24/7 you are right about that but, as a family we have just about been around him that much so yes we can say for a certainty just exactly how he was seeing as he is in our family not yours (and this is coming from more than just nephews and nieces). And for crying out loud anonymous do you really live your life thinking as confused as you sounded in that last post? If this is the best you guys have to do is to sit there bashing an individual you couldn’t possibly know better than his whole family then go get layed get drunk or do whatever just leave your little minds out of the conversation. I for one am done with this blog this has turned into ohhh hmmmm I’m bored lets see if we can sit around trying to stir up the family who in all likelihood just lost a close member of their family. Also just as a side note if we are as bad as you say as a family then why in the world are you picking arguments? You would think that would be pretty stupid. Everyone have a nice day, a nice life, and if you cant do either than at least have fun and for the love of god find something better to do than this.
