Former Cabell Deputy Wounded during Shootout with Bank Robbers
Sean Chandler is a police officer in Westminster, Colorado -- a suburb of Denver -- and the son of County Court Clerk, Adel Chandler.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- The son of Cabell County Court Clerk, Adel Chandler, was shot during a chase and shootout with bank robbers in Colorado on Thursday.
Sean Chandler is a police officer in Westminster Colorado, a suburb of Denver.
A Denver newspaper reports Chandler was shot in the hip and is in stable condition in a hospital there.
Cabell County Sheriff Thomas McComas tells WSAZ.com that Chandler grew up in Milton and was a former Deputy in Cabell County before moving to Colorado in 1998.
Another Westminster Police officer was also wounded in the shootout. Both bank robbers were killed by police.
