Two Armed Robberies Reported Within Minutes in Ironton
Two armed robberies occurred Friday night within five minutes of one another, and the man responsible is on the run, Ironton Police say.

IRONTON, Ohio (WSAZ) -- Two armed robberies occurred Friday night within five minutes of one another, and the man responsible is on the run, Ironton Police say.
The robberies happened about 7:30 p.m. -- one at the Quik Stop along South 3rd Street and the second at Little Ceasars Pizza located at the intersection of 4th and Adams streets.
The man is described as white and was wearing a hooded sweatshirt at the time of the robberies. There was no description of a weapon, but the man said he had one.
The Ironton Police Department is investigating, and surrounding law enforcement agencies have been notified.
