Hurricane Ice Rink Opens Tonight
For those people looking to burn a few of those Thanksgiving dinner calories a festive option opens up the evening of Friday November 27th.

HURRICANE, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- For those people looking to burn a few of those Thanksgiving dinner calories a festive option opens up the evening of Friday November 27th.
The outdoor ice skating rink at Valley Park in Hurricane will be open for skaters at six o'clock in the evening. The rink is open until nine p.m. Thursdays and Friday.
Saturday the rink is open from noon until 8p.m., and Sundays from two p.m. until six in the evening.
Admission is five dollars per person and that includes skates.
The ice rink is located by the Hurricane Wave Pool.

I hope more people take advantage of the rink this year. If you have not visited the rink you are missing a very fun afternoon family time. Very quaint and just an enjoyable time. The more that it is used each year they can increase the size of the rink.
