It's been less than a year since four year old Tyler Evans was killed by a drunk driver on Route 3 in Boone County. But what made the case even more difficult was that the drunk driver spoke little English and was in this country illegally.
Now, Tyler Evans' family says Christian Rubio Sanchez's guilty plea on Tuesday was a surprise. All that was scheduled was a pre-trial hearing…..but instead, the Boone County prosecutor's office says the two sides were able to reach an agreement.
Sanchez agreed to plead guilty to two charges relating to drunk driving: a felony for the boy who was killed and a misdemeanor for his injured brother.
A member of the Evans family says of Sanchez, “He broke down and said he was so sorry….we told him we forgive and that Tyler would be the first to say it’s okay.”
Sanchez will spend anywhere from one to ten years in prison, but because he's been in jail since the accident he'll actually be up for parole this fall. When he is released the federal government will be notified and it is possible he will then be deported back to Mexico.

SO BECAUSE HE IS AN ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT HE PROBALBLY WILL GET PAROLE THIS FALL TO BE SHIPPED BACK TO MEXICO AND FOR WHAT JUST TO EVENTUALLY COME BACK AND DO IT AGAIN THEN WHAT JUST BE SLAPPED ON THE WRIST EVERY-TIME AND SENT HOME. IF THIS WERE A LEGAL IMMIGRANT PUNISHMENT WOULD BE MORE SEVERE THEREFORE THIS IS "DISCRIMINATION".....THE UNITED STATES IS ONLY FREEDOM FOR ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS.

Another reson this country needs to crack down on this problem and not pass the bill that will be on the Presidents desk.

Illegal alien is more appropriate. Illegal immigrant sounds like an oxymoron. And why is it not mandatory that this illegal alien be deported back to mexico. Because that's possibly one more vote for the democratic party!
