CHARLESTON, W.Va. (AP) -- A Philadelphia man indicted on federal racketeering charges along with 54 other members and associates of the Pagans Motorcycle Club has agreed to plead guilty.
U.S. District Court Judge Thomas Johnston on Friday scheduled a hearing for Timothy A. Flood to change his plea from not guilty. The hearing is set for Dec. 16 in Charleston.
Flood faces one count of interstate travel in aid of racketeering. He's accused of helping transport proceeds from an illegal raffle across state lines.
The charge is among 44 leveled against members and associates of the outlaw motorcycle club from West Virginia, Kentucky, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, Delaware and Florida.
