We told you this week about thieves stealing metal by sawing off parts under your car. Yesterday, the Majority Leader of the West Virginia's House of Delegates said he'll ask Governor Joe Manchin to place a scrap metal bill back on the agenda.
Majority Leader Joe DeLong says many lawmakers want to pass the bill to help police cut back on the recent increase in metal thefts. Governor Manchin vetoed a similar bill earlier this year, saying it could hurt business for local scrap dealers.
