I heard that one of his ex-girlfriends notified the police and informed the magistrate court that he was mental and had the potential to be violent. Begged that he not be allowed to have a concealed weapons permit because of him being a drug addict with mental illness. When does the legal system take over some of the responsibility of making sure the ones receiving these permits do not go to "three mile curve" and several doctors at a time for the same medicine? It was my understanding that he sued this girl civially and she put this as part of her answer.
Well i know this guy name but i am not gonna put it out there but my uncle is the one that got shot i was worried. This guy is a drug addict and other things also he was bragging to me how he shot a man in the head...but he never told me if he killed him this guy also called me and threathen me and my family iam worried that we gonna walk plz if they know what right then they will lock him up this guy u can never trust my uncle and i was good friends wit him i just dont understand never trust anyone except for your family but this is my opinion lock this guy up for good i mean thier anit no doubt in my mind that he killed someone or we will ok plz lock him up so my family aint gotta worried about nothing.
If W.v. Courts don't stop this guy he will think its ok to shoot ppl at will, but one day he will run it to the wrong person and he will get shot, and that person will do life. it's all in the courts hands. the courts can stop him now and maybe save someone else s life. lets see if they choose the right choice. and if they let him walk, then the next persons blood or this guy's blood is on the courts hands. knowing they could stop it now.
