looks like a lot of people who were arrested on this sweep. nothing is ever gonna change about the drug situation especially when these people get arrested and released a few days later. They need to spend time in a jail/prison so they can learn a lesson and detox the hard way. There have been so many deaths related to drugs (prescription) but these people don't see but some of these people earn their living this way selling pills and using welfare and by the judicial system smacking these people on the wrist they are basically giving the permission. They may as well give them a building equipped with desks to do their business at. Something needs to be done about the presciption drug abuse and selling especially in wayne and east lynn. Arresting these people keeping them a night or two putting them on probation doesn't fix the problem gaurteed they were right back at the same thing day/night they were released.
you know what, they dont get the ones they know or are friends of a friend..southern wayne county and northern mingo county is probably the worst in the tri state area..you cant even get people pulled over that you report are driving under the influence, even it you tell them their kids in the car..hate this place to many "i know them or their family" cops even know who does it and dont say crap..yeah right " gonna clean up this county" go new sheriff
Its great that the streets are a "little" safer but what is wrong with this picture is that wayne county waits till you have your life straightened up and then come pick you up. i mean really arresting people for small crimes from 2008. The county only does this once a year around income tax time. Figured out Now!!!
