MASON, W.Va. (AP) -- The state has accused a Mason County funeral home of failing to obtain a license to handle prepaid funeral arrangements.
Attorney General Darrell McGraw filed a lawsuit Tuesday in Mason County Circuit Court against Foglesong Tucker Funeral Home and its president, Jerry Tucker.
The lawsuit says the funeral home currently holds at least $250,000 in funds for prepaid funeral contracts despite not being licensed to handle them. The lawsuit seeks to seize the funds and ban the funeral home from accepting future funeral prepayments.
Tucker declined comment Tuesday.

You know, all of you get on here and talk bad about the funeral home, but the funny part is none of you are brave enough to put your name. So why post on here if you can't tell who you are. I have known the family for many years, and I hope that everything gets worked out. Everyone makes mistakes, we all do so why look down on them.
