Fourth of July Travel

Fourth of July is always a huge travel weekend, but since it hits on a Wednesday, experts said traffic won't be as bad as in years past.

You can expect to see extra police patrolling our roadways. State police will be focusing on DUI, reckless driving, speeding and child seat violations.

The extra patrols continue through Sunday.
