HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Dispatchers say I-64 has been re-opened at the 29th Street exit in Huntington.
ORIGINAL STORY
HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A four car pileup on I-64 caused some traffic headaches Sunday night.
Dispatchers in Cabell County say several cars crashed in the westbound lanes around the 13 mile marker. That's between the Hal Greer and 29th Street exits.
The westbound lanes of I-64 were shut down at the 29th Street exit.
They have since reopened.
Dispatchers say five cars were involved, but one took off before crews could get on the scene.
The accident happened about 7 p.m.
One person has been transported to the hospital, but dispatchers say the injuries are minor.
It hasn't been determined yet whether road conditions caused the accident.
We have a crew on the scene. Keep clicking on WSAZ.com for the latest information.

Just a FYI, It was Barboursville who was on the crash. Funny That Herold Dispatch said the same thing but in the pictures it shows two Barboursville rigs. But the important thing is no one was hurt and someone came to help.
Watson, You missed the point by 3 miles. They are talking about WHEN ITS ICY. Its your choice if you wanna speed and your record. I also agree about people who drive 35 in the fast lanes. You people need to move over. You never know someone who is trying to pass could be trying to get to the hospital. Back on track, It's VERY simple people, SLOW DOWN when it starts to get slick. Remember if you hit someone and kill them its YOUR fault you go to Prison. Besides it could be someone you love.
"Watson" - If the weather is that bad you shouldn't be doing 70 on any road period. Perhaps it is YOU who should learn how to drive. The right lane is for, wait for it...SLOW TRAFFIC. There's an entire lane designated to it! So keep your dangerous self in the left lane and for the sake of the rest of us on the road, let someone who has a little more self control take the wheel when you need to go somewhere!
