Charleston Town Center Mall Gears Up for Sweetheart Cupcake Contest
The Charleston Town Center Mall is sponsoring a "A Sweetheart Cupcake Contest" on Saturday, February 13.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Valentine's Day is less than two weeks away and if you like to cook this could be your way to shine.
The Charleston Town Center Mall will mark the holiday with "A Sweetheart Cupcake Contest" on Saturday, February 13.
Contestants can register at 11:00 a.m. in Center Court.
Each entry must have one dozen cupcakes and be entered in one of the following six categories:
1. Filled
2. Healthy Heart
3. Valentine's Theme
4. Dipped, Glazed or Frosted
5. Best Decorated
6. Best Little Baker's (age 12 and under with supervision)
Judging for the competition will start at noon.
One winner in each category will received a $50 Charleston Town Center Mall gift card. The grand prize winner will be named "Charleston's Best Sweetheart Cupcake" and will receive a $200 CTC Mall gift card.

I sure hope the Kanawha Charleston Health Department is there. With all the germs and std's, I don't think Charleston Town Center should be allowed to do such things. Not over seen by the health rules that all resturants have to follow. How can they do these events with out a worry of health hazords????????
