CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A former home health care worker will spend up to ten years behind bars for going on a shopping spree with her client's money.
Leah Lowe was sentenced to two to 10 years during a hearing on Tuesday in a Kanawha County courtroom.
Police say Lowe left the woman she was hired to take care of and used her credit card at nearly a dozen stores.
Lowe pleaded guilty to the charges on Dec. 29.

interesting
People are so judgemental, We don't know this woman and what she did was wrong but i agree with the man who said don't judge lest you be judged, if god can forgive humans why can't we ? There is way too much hate in the world . To the people who said mean things you should look at your own life because nobody is perfect. She will go to jail and maybe she will get the help she needs, and i pray for her innocent children who are both humiliated and lost their mother. I also pray for the victim. Have some compassion and remember what goes around comes around, one day you might be on the news and people will be writing rude comments about you.
you do the crime, you do the time!!!
