More than 1200 Direct TV customers in West Virginia will be seeing a refund check in the mail.
It's all because of a recent settlement with the state's Attorney General Office.
The customers will receive a $125 refund because the company did not inform some rural customers that they could request a test to determine the strength of their signal.
The Direct TV customers affected by the agreement will receive their refunds by September 21.
