Police Chase Ends in Drug Arrests in Putnam
Three people are facing drug charges after a police chase in Putnam County.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Three people are facing drug charges after a police chase in Putnam County.
Putnam County Sheriff's Deputies tell WSAZ.com the arrests came following a police chase that ended around 12:00 p.m. Tuesday.
Deputies say Kenneth Demoss, 37, of Buffalo, Brian Bailey, 28, of Buffalo, and Glen Michael Jividen, 45, of Red House, were all charged with conspiracy to deliver oxycontin.
All three suspects were arraigned in Magistrate Court Tuesday. The magistrate set bond at $20,000 each.
Sheriff Mark Smith tells WSAZ.com they recovered 47 oxycontin and 13 Loratab pills during the arrest.
No other details are being released at this time.

I understand everyone's frustration. But believe me you have no idea how bad the situation is. Skomething must be done. The Children are the real victims. Venting here will do no good but pressure on the PC prosecutor's office and stagging a show of force for the trial/sentencing might. Anyone want to go to the court house with me? all members of the pcsd do detective/investigation work.just like all other police departments.
Truth, the truth is you must answer a call first before you can do detective/investigation work. Example, you said it best, "They do detective work and so on because they don't have some detective unit to turn it over to." "And so on", is this the times when you are in the office listening to your scanner letting the deputies answer all the calls? It sounds to me that you are just upset someone is calling your snow. Mr Manchin listen to your scanner, you might decide to give some money to PCSD for more deputies. Thank You
