Students Compete in Holiday Classic Archery Tournament
After two snow delays, the third time was a charm for students who signed up for Saturday's archery competition.

BOYD COUNTY, Ky (WSAZ) -- After two snow delays, the third time was a charm for students who signed up for Saturday's archery competition.
The Holiday Classic Archery Tournament at Boyd County middle school got underway just in time for Valentine's Day. More than 180 Cupid look-a-likes aimed for the bulls eye Saturday morning.
Students from around Kentucky showed off their skills and many went home with proud wins.
Here is a complete listing of the elementary, middle and high school winners:
High Schools:
1st Place: Elliot County High School - 3,297 points
2nd Place: Boyd County High School - 3,077 points
3rd Place: Fairview High School - 2,398 points
Middle Schools:
1st Place: Boyd County Middle School - 3,186 points
2nd Place: East Carter Middle School - 2,624 points
3rd Place: Holy Family Middle School - 2,244 points
Elementary Schools:
1st Place: Isonville Elementary School - 2,907 points
2nd Place: Raceland Worthington Elementary School - 2,261 points
3rd Place: Boyd County Middle Elementary - 1,397 points
