Red Hot Baker Takes Home Valentine Cupcake Victory
For some, the ultimate Valentine's Day treat is not chocolate, it's a cupcake.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- For some, the ultimate Valentine's Day treat is not chocolate, it's a cupcake.
Bakers gathered at the Charleston Town Center Saturday afternoon to find out who was the best.
Judges tasted 84 cupcakes, declaring winners in six categories.
Best Decorated:
"Kissing Fish" by Julia Jesse of Charleston
Best Little Baker:
"Valentine" by Anna Harless, age 8, of Charleston
Dipped, Glazed, Frosted:
"Orange Blossom" by Heather Perris of Charleston
Filled:
"Red Velvet Creme Filled" by Kimmy McNair of Cross Lanes
Healthy Heart:
"Red Vekvet: by Holly Bagyi and Team Heart of the American Heart Association's Charleston Office
Valentine Theme:
"Red Hot Love" by Heather Perris of Charleston
Heather Perris was the grand prize winner of the Sweetheart Cupcake Contest. She took home a $200 gift certificate for the mall, baking supplies from Macy's and a blue ribbon.
