A young woman claims she was attacked on campus in school stairwell.
According to a spokesperson for State, the young woman has been able to pick out her alleged attacker from pictures, but police can't find him.
They say he is not a student at WVSU.
The guy had a heart and cross shaved into the back of his hair.
He is described as 5'6'' tall and 150 pounds.
Anyone with information is asked to call campus police, at (304)766-3353.

WVSU is scary at night, especially the stair ways. Obviously the money we pay for tution doesn't go towards things like camera surveillance in the stairwells. Or better on foot security. With eithier of those this assault could have been better prevented. Wake up Carter!!
