St. Albans City Council Fills Vacancy
A vacancy on the St. Albans City Council has been filled.

ST. ALBANS, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A vacancy on the St. Albans City Council has been filled.
Danny Cain was nominated at Tuesday night's council meeting and was unanimously approved to serve as council member for the fifth ward.
The seat was left vacant after the previous city councilman got a job with the state of West Virginia, and that job would no longer allow him to serve on council.
