Dancing Away to Get a Healthy Heart
The dance floor was full of movers and shakers Saturday, trying to have some fun and stay healthy at the same time.

RUSSELL, Ky, (WSAZ) -- The dance floor was full of movers and shakers Saturday, trying to have some fun and stay healthy at the same time.
Our Lady of Bellefonte Hospital hosted the "Dance for your Heart" Event. It was a chance for people to get a work out, and not even know it!
There was no shortage of Zumba, Square Dancing or Clogging.
Those who showed up not only learned how to dance, but also simple ways to stay healthy and got to participate in free screenings such as body fat analysis, cholesterol, glucose and blood pressure.

i would like to know what dance there doing in the pic. wish there was some video on the event.

I saw this at the mall on Saturday. The balloons on the dance floor were awesome. Does anyone know who did them? My wedding is coming up soon and that could be a possibility.
