Well, Matt, I think these fine examples you gave of "accidents" are actually catagorised as "acts of God" in the insurance bussiness. While I have never had an "accident" or "an act of God" happen to me while driving, it's really not that uncommon of a thing, if you can imagine that.
Is Pablo back using a different name? Ugh!!Sometimes accidents are just accidents...and someone can have an accident without what Matt said. Maybe you just made a mistake and there is nothing that can be done about it. If it's not intentional it's an accident. Phones are not the root of all evil and not everyone who is talking on the phone is careless. Just everyone needs to be careful and stop pointing fingers at everyone for everything that happens in this world.
OMG. There are various reasons why someone might wreck an auto OTHER THAN being on a phone. For crying out loud!!!
