it takes all kinds to just jump up and judge people before u know what actually happened. as far as being drunk at the time whoever i know is needs to get their facts straight before they go shootin off at the mouth. i know for a fact he was sober and he also has been sitting at home since waiting to be put on house arrest. once again before you start talkin you might wanna know what you are talkin about

He was also drunk at the time he hit and killed this person. Shortly after learning his very light sentence I seen this person with my own eyes at a popular resturant in teays valley drinking at the bar and clearly stated, "I gotta drink as much as I can before I start my home confinement." He has clearly not learned anything from taking the life of another human being.

Do some of you see why I'm always harping on drivers on mobile telephones? And speeding? And "loosing control" of vehicles? Many times these things cost people their lives. Unless it was a true "accident," I hope they make him pay for the rest of his life.
