CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A member of the Pagans Motorcycle Club has pleaded guilty to racketeering.

In exchange for David Cremeans' plea, federal prosecutors are dismissing 11 counts against him.

Cremeans, who is from Huntington, admitted to setting up a plot to kill a Pagans member who club members believed was an informant.

He's scheduled to be sentenced in June and faces 20 years in prison.
