There is no such thing as a "profile spy" application on the popular social networking website.

HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ-TV) -- If you have a computer, chances are you have a Facebook page. That means keeping up with friends and family over the World Wide Web. But there is a new scam that promises to show users who is looking at their profile page, and it's causing some big problems for Facebook.

Try following this policy: Don't use any apps that ask you to allow access to your info or the info of your friends. You don't have a right to allow access to your friends info, after all, do you???

It is really a shame. Facebook is an awsome social networking place. But all the fake stuff that is turning up...things that tell you join or support and turn out to be scams....I would hope that Facebook will take control of this and stop all the spam

I recieved an email that stated it was from one of my friends on facebook. When you open the email, it downloads a virus and then it is able to send this virus to everyone on your facebook address list. I had to have my computer wiped clean and install everything again and a new anti-virus. It was a nightmare. I have many friends that are quiting facebook all together.
