Man Charged with Sexual Abuse, Incest
Kevin Gandee, from Elkview, was arraigned Thursday morning on charges of sexual abuse and incest.

ELKVIEW, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- A man from Kanawha County is facing charges after being accused of sexually abusing a child in his care.
Kevin Gandee, from Elkview, was arraigned Thursday morning on charges of sexual abuse and incest.
Police have not released additional information.
If convicted of these crimes, Gandee will face ten to twenty years in prison.
His preliminary hearing has been scheduled for March 14.
