ST. ALBANS (WSAZ) -- A man is facing felony kidnapping charges after he forced his 93-year-old grandmother to go to the bank and withdraw thousands of dollars.
David Boggess, from St. Albans, was arrested Wednesday.
Putnam County Sheriff Deputies say on Monday, Boggess forced his grandmother to withdraw almost four thousand dollars from her account -- and then give it to him.
The grandmother was hurt in the process.
Boggess is being held in the Western Regional Jail without bond.

How mean can a 93 year old woman be? Was she going to physically attack him if he didn't drag her to the bank and take her money? You must have taken to many drugs with him because you don't have many brain cells left. Hoew is the grandmother doing? I hope she is OK. If other family memeber knew about this shame shame on you! I would never let anyone treat my grandmother like that. She would have came to live with me. There was something that could have been done.

Hey, "friend". Could it be that you are just upset because your party money is now history. I mean, if you are such friends with him and think he's such a "good joe", then he, obviously, was sharing the ill-gotten gains. Who knows, maybe you helped?!?!?!?!? I think he and ANY accomplices should spend eternity in jail.
