Take a Survey, Help Future Generations
It's a simple survey, designed to help improve the health of future generations of women in the bluegrass state.

LOUISA, Ky. (WSAZ) -- Health experts in Kentucky hope more women participate in a statewide women's health registry.
It's a simple survey, designed to help improve the health of future generations of women in the bluegrass state.
The survey is done in conjunction with the University of Kentucky. One thing it has learned, roughly one third of all Kentucky women who have responded say their lives are more stressful than they were a year ago.
