Lucasville Man Arrested on Attempted Pandering Charge

PORTSMOUTH, Ohio (WSAZ) — A Lucasville, Ohio man has been arrested on charges of attempted pandering involving a juvenile and disseminating matter harmful to a minor.
The Scioto County Sheriff’s Office says deputies arrested Eugene Niziol, 49, after getting a complaint from Children Services that a 10-year-old girl had reported that a friend's stepfather had touched her inappropriately, offered her money to take nude photographs and had shown her child pornography.
Sheriff Marty Donini says deputies also impounded Mr. Niziol’s computer. He also says Niziol had a warrant out of Pike County, Ohio for failure to appear.
He is being held on a $13,500 bond pending a court appearance on Friday.
