HUNTINGTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Resources for people who live and work in the city of Huntington are now just a click away.

If you want to report a pot hole or even learn how to get a business license, all you need to do is visit the city of Huntington's webpage.

Director of Finance, Brandi Jacobs-Jones says, "I found my home online, car online, I pay bills online, so it helps continue that layer of service I'm used to."

Jacobs-Jones says that city workers will see the requests, and be able to respond on their own, creating a sense of accountability.

The new citizen support center website covers nearly 200 topics and gives folks the opportunity to ask questions or submit requests for specific services.

You do have to sign up to use this site, but the membership is free.

Who does Cedar Crest dr. call when they have road issues? I am guessing it would be the City of Huntington, being it is the road by Big Lots on rt 60.

Hate to INFORM YOU! , BUT YES Cedar Crest dr. is in Huntington's city limits. People on Cedar Crest dr. pay the City of Huntington for their services such as trash pick ups,etc.. otherwise they would pay Allied Waste for garbage service.
