Stabbing Death in Charleston; Suspect Arrested
Charleston Police say the man who was stabbed early Tuesday morning has died.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Charleston Police say the man who was stabbed early Tuesday morning has died.
Police just wrapped up a news conference where they also announced a man has been charged in Zane Fletcher's death.
The crime happened around 4:30 a.m. at 3106 Blaine Blvd. in North Charleston.
Witnesses told police they heard an argument at the house just before the stabbing happened. When the fight moved outside that's when police say Ronald Sutton, 37, stabbed Fletcher, 23, in the chest.
Fletcher was taken to the hospital where he later died.
"I didn't mean for anything like this to happen," Sutton said. "I'm sorry."
Sutton also tells WSAZ.com Fletcher was beating him up and he was trying to get him to stop.
Sutton is charged with first-degree murder.

CHARLESTON, W.Va. (WSAZ) -- Charleston Police have arrested a suspect in an early morning stabbing.
The crime happened around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday in the 3000 block of Blaine Avenue.
No other information is being released at this time.

CHARLESTON, W.Va (WSAZ) - Kanawha County dispatchers say a man was stabbed about 4:30 Tuesday morning, in the 3000 block of Blaine Avenue in Charleston.
Dispatchers say the man has a serious wound to his chest. He has been taken to the hospital.
Charleston Police are searching the area for a man that ran away from the scene.
